Previous to 1.3.2beta2, all CSS and HTML Customizations were not shown when viewing admin pages. Now, after updating, on our site the HTML customizations in the “Header” tab are being rendered but the related CSS customizations are not, resulting in a bunch of unstyled text and a broken admin view. Is anyone else seeing this issue?
There was a bit of a discussion the other day regarding customizations in /admin and the disabling thereof, but I do believe that we’ve reverted back to the old way with full customizations when entering admin through the frontend and no customizations at all when entering admin directly (or refreshing the page):

That’s right. That’s how it used to work and how it’s working now 
Do you you mean broken as in unusable or simply as in unstyled?
