I cant see bulk actions in my discourse installation after selecting items. like

I see the bulk actions option when I give it a try, whether selecting topics by categories, tags, or “latest”. Can you describe how you’re viewing this list of topics where you aren’t presented the bulk actions cog?
Have you tried in safe mode?

Bulk actions are not visible for me on every topic listing page, the issue is on particular site,
However, It is accessible now in safe mode.

I’m glad that you were able to get it working in safe mode, but you may want to keep in mind that safe mode is meant to be a diagnostic tool more than a solution. The fact that it works in safe mode would suggest that you have a plugin, theme, or component that is causing a conflict and needs some attention.
