We would like to add some guideline or format to our community posting.
Our pain point is that, there are several questions that could be answered right away only if I had their SDK version number (or sometimes error log). However, many (in fact, most) questions are posted without them so it takes days to answer them and I have to track them consistently.
Is it possible if we can add the template on the topic creation ?
Sample template welcome to community .... if you are reporting a bug, please attach SDK version and if possible, error logs or stack traces. if you are asking for how to do action with the Sendbird, please describe ...
