If topics with Topic Voting have 0 votes and tags, a comma is placed after the last tag

If a topic is in a category with topic-voting enabled, and has 0 votes on it, the ‘0 votes’ indicator does not appear on the topic list item.

As such, if these topics are tagged, there is a comma after the last tag:

Perhaps this problem stems from the fact that the indicator of votes is hidden if there are none?

I think it’s caused by the customization here that hides the 0 votes.

When I disable themes, it looks normal.
