こんにちは。Discourse Dockerコンテナを新しいサーバー（Debian 11をクリーンインストール）にインストールしようとしていますが（このガイド：https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/main/docs/INSTALL-cloud.mdを使用）、以下のエラーメッセージが表示されて失敗します。メッセージ自体は、何が起こっているのかについての情報はあまり提供していませんが、GitHubへのアクセスに問題がある（github.comを解決できない）ことを示唆しています。サーバー自体は、ProxMox/KVMで管理されている仮想マシンです。この問題について、どなたか助けていただけますでしょうか？
