Installation works but cannot open the forum in my browser

I have tried to install discourse through the official hosting guide and it works with no errors but even after waiting for 1+ hours, I can’t access it in my browser. I have tried multiple browsers and none works.
Would be great if anyone could help. I’ve looked at similar posts but that hasn’t helped.
