I was looking at the settings and could only find a “blocked email domains” but nothing about IPs.
In this day and age, using a VPN to circumvent a ban, or using a temporary email, is trivial.

That aim to keep an updated list for temporary domains names. Having an option that simply enable the logic detailed here would be much more user friendly rather than having the admins insert, one by one, the plethora of domains.
We already have Discourse using a third party service to identify IP geolocation and duplicated users.
It could be useful to have an option that simply enable an “attempt preventing registration from VPN IPs” that check against some service like this?
