Internal Server Error appears when editing a wiki

I went to a wiki post, which had slowmode on (due to off-topic posts), however, slowmode makes the wiki completely unusable when it’s too old.

I’ve contacted a TL4 to remove slow mode, and they’ve gone ahead and turned off slow mode. It resolved the wiki problem.
Once I started editing the wiki, the problem showed up:

The leaders don’t know how this appeared. They theorize that it’s most likely due to the images there.

How did this problem occur? The leaders also can’t edit, for some reason.

Look for an error message in your.site/logs.

I’m not a moderator nor admin in that forum, but I’ll ask a moderator to check the .site/logs.

Hi, sorry for the very late response.
A moderator just replied with me, and I’m quite disappointed with their response.

@twofoursixeight is that yours? If yes, you might have some more fresh ideas. If not… sorry to bother.

Yeah, I’m the one from the gimkit forum. But when marking it as a wiki, it gives the internal server error, and does not show anything in logs.

Update: the only edits that work are reverting the post to version #

So, moderators have close to zero tools to fix server level issues (theirs job is watch content and discussion). This is part of admins’ area. Then here is very little possibilities to help with that.
