Invites doesn’t allow use external auth with local logins

For now invite links doesn’t allow use external auth if local logins is enabled.

For people in the most is better to use Oauth instead of email sign-in. So when invites doesn’t has that functionality that really disappointment for us. We have to disable local logins, that is bad too.

My solution above breaks UI a little bit, so I modified CSS in my theme. Check that out too:
