İs it possible to add highlighting options to discourse forum?

My forum using discourse and i really want to see highlighting option in our forum.i occasionally need for highlight quotes and important infos.but there is no option like this.i really want this option on discourse forums and i think many people also could want this.

1. Using this plugin

This will be the easiest option as it does not require you to install anything.
