Is it possible to allow non-registered and non-logged in users to vote on topics?
I’m afraid it’s not using the built in features and functions. All votes, whether in polls, topic voting or post voting, need to be from logged in members.
You may be able to embed something like a typeform in a post and have anon/non-logged in users engage with that? (though wouldn’t be quite what you’re looking for topic-voting)
