I have read different posts in the forum but I couldn’t find a solution to this question. So many comments from community but I can not find official documentation about this process (if it is possible).
I think what you want to do is Enable hidden setting to include S3 uploads in the backups and then make a backup, then change your S3 settings and do a restore. What I would do is create a new server and restore there and then switch to it if it works. That way you won’t break your working server.
