Is it possible to replace the h3 tag with another tag in category name titles?

For example i want to remove h3 tags from “bug” category name.

I imagine that you can do that with javascript. You can see Developer’s guide to Discourse Themes.

You might get better help if you say more about what problem you’ll be solving by doing so.
