As said, the owner of forum (rocket chat forum) set it to “dark” theme. But the dark theme make me can’t see anything on the screen, so I need to change it to default light theme.
Is there any user setting to archive this? Or it just can be set by the forum admin?

I registered to the forum and checked this. Unfortunately there is no option to user change the color scheme. 
Maybe you can contact the forum staff to enable a light color scheme. 
If it happen you can change it in user prefrences, interface page.
