Is there CSS code to put HTML banner beside post topic

As the title say is there any way to put banner beside the whole Discourse interface like this

, i tried some plugins but its warped with the topic

Nevermind, i wont use it anyway, that banner thing was intented for Adsense but i’ve just read that Sticky ads like that was not allowed
