I have seen some forums using custom designs on the landing page of their discourse forum. Can this be achieved without a need to change code in discourse github. I want to add a banner image and some text above latest topics list of the landing page.

The most important one for us is Topic List Previews - it handles the featured images row at the top of the page and our galleries etc.
