The command that worked last time (Launcher rebuild app fails with "containers/app.yml does not exist" - #6 by pfaffman) is failing.

Here’s your problem

And you’ll also need to rebuild your data container sometime as described in PostgreSQL 15 update

@pfaffman are there PostgreSQL 15 update instructions for two-container instances? That link seems to be for single container.
