¿Fuga de stylesheet_cache targets?

Continuando la discusión desde Actualización de PostgreSQL 13:

Vaya, eso parece un poco alto. Meta tiene 33 mil filas. Echemos un vistazo a esta consulta:

select count(*), target, max(updated_at) from stylesheet_cache
group by target
order by target, max(updated_at)

Parece que tenemos un límite de retención de 50 hojas de estilo en caché por objetivo, pero de alguna manera estamos filtrando los especificadores de target ¿verdad?

Además, esta línea es claramente incorrecta, pero en realidad no importa (simplemente comenzamos a realizar las eliminaciones antes de lo necesario):

-count = StylesheetCache.count
+count = StylesheetCache.where(target: target).count
 if count > MAX_TO_KEEP
   ... código que elimina entradas antiguas, fragmentadas por target ...
