Link to pre-populated "New Topic" form

Hello!

I’ve had a quick search around and I can’t find anything on this, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help.

Is it possible to link to a discourse board’s “Create a new Topic” form and pre-populate the topic subject and body? A bit like the “?subject=” part of a mailto link.

Start creating a new topic via link?

Is it possible to send a user to a specific URL (like Welcome forum.org - BlueHost.com) that will open up an editor to create a new topic with the topic and category filled in? I’m working on integrating github pages and discourse for onlline courses, but I think it also applies to general github pages integration. This would avoid having to create a topic for every page and it will also avoid lots of 1 comment topics for pages that turned out to not be comment worthy. Does this already exist?…
