Any there any Live Chat plug-ins/apps that work with Discourse, such as Olark or Pure Chat, that anyone can recommend please?

What did you use to integrate it into Discourse?
Tried https://purechat.com/ and https://www.zendesk.com/chat. Both work great, but I’m testing Zendesk more long-term as I like the features more.
For Pure Chat, where did you wind up putting the HTML? Tried adding it to a theme/creating a new component without any luck.

I placed the PureChat HTML code at the very end of the Discourse code, after the last tag.

For the Zendesk chat widget, the code has to go into the tag.
Interesting - regardless of whether I put the code in </head>, </header>, After Header, </body>, or Footer in Common, Desktop, or Mobile (tried 'em all just in case) nothing shows up, very odd.
Maybe due to having less backend access as a paid [Discourse] user?

Seit meiner letzten Installation muss sich etwas bei Discourse geändert haben, da Pure Chat nicht mehr funktioniert.

Wie oben erwähnt, habe ich Pure Chat vor einiger Zeit problemlos installiert. Allerdings funktioniert es nach einigen Discourse-Updates nicht mehr.
Ich habe auch andere Chat-Apps ausprobiert, aber keine davon funktioniert…
Christian, ich habe festgestellt, dass du die [Content Security Policy script-src] in den Einstellungen deaktiviert hast. Das ist jedoch sehr riskant. Jetzt habe ich herausgefunden, wie man CSP aktiviert und dabei das reine Chat-Skript funktionsfähig hält.
Cool. Ich probiere das gerade aus. Ich habe diese Einstellung ohnehin deaktiviert, damit AdSense Anzeigen anzeigen kann.

Was mich interessiert, ist, dass man für Nutzer, die Chat eher wie zulipchat.com verwenden, Discourse im Grunde unverändert nutzen kann, da es sich automatisch aktualisiert, sobald jemand eine Nachricht postet.
Hallo, mir ist bewusst, dass dies ein alter Thread ist. Hat es jemand geschafft, HelpScout Beacon Live-Chat in Discourse zu installieren? Ich habe die Anweisungen zur Installation von livechatinc.com gesehen und sie befolgt, aber sie haben für Help Scout nicht funktioniert.
