Any there any Live Chat plug-ins/apps that work with Discourse, such as Olark or Pure Chat, that anyone can recommend please?

What did you use to integrate it into Discourse?
Tried https://purechat.com/ and https://www.zendesk.com/chat. Both work great, but I’m testing Zendesk more long-term as I like the features more.
For Pure Chat, where did you wind up putting the HTML? Tried adding it to a theme/creating a new component without any luck.
Admin/Customize/Themes/Light/Edit CSS/HTML/
I placed the PureChat HTML code at the very end of the Discourse code, after the last tag.

For the Zendesk chat widget, the code has to go into the tag.
Interesting - regardless of whether I put the code in </head>, </header>, After Header, </body>, or Footer in Common, Desktop, or Mobile (tried 'em all just in case) nothing shows up, very odd.
Maybe due to having less backend access as a paid [Discourse] user?

Something must have changed with Discourse since my last installation, as I can’t get Pure Chat to work anymore.

Come accennato sopra, ho installato Pure Chat senza problemi un po’ di tempo fa. Tuttavia, dopo alcuni aggiornamenti di Discourse, non riesco più a farlo funzionare.
Ho provato anche altre app di chat, ma non riesco a farne funzionare nessuna…
Christian, ho scoperto che hai solo disabilitato la [content security policy script src] nelle impostazioni, ma sarebbe molto pericoloso. Ora sto cercando di capire come abilitare la CSP mantenendo funzionante lo script di PureChat.
Bene. Lo sto provando ora. Ho comunque quella impostazione deselezionata per consentire ad AdSense di mostrare gli annunci.

Ciò che trovo interessante è che, almeno per chi utilizza la chat in modo simile a zulipchat.com, è possibile usare Discourse così com’è, dato che si aggiorna automaticamente man mano che le persone pubblicano messaggi.
Ciao, so che questo è un thread vecchio, ma qualcuno è riuscito a installare la chat dal vivo HelpScout Beacon su Discourse? Ho visto le istruzioni per installare livechatinc.com e le ho seguite, ma non hanno funzionato per Help Scout.
