Not sure if this is a regression but I haven’t seen it before.

Yes I know what’s going on, it’s technically more like an unfinished feature. I will keep this open until I get to finish this.
More info:
Basically if you don’t set a time, it will try to put it at the beginning of the day but with UTC conversion back and forth it might make you go back in time.
