Localisation of custom navbar and footer

Hi,
I have made some custom navigation bars by writing some HTML code in the edit CSS/HTML option. Now I want it to be localized based on country. So is there any possible way I can make it localized?
I am attaching my sample code. Can I make use of any API or handlebars or any such stuff to make it working?

I have made changes in HTML of the existing theme. See the attached code. Now I want the navbars to be loacalised. Can I call my API and consume the data or is there any other way work around it?
