Looking for a Discourse Expert

Hi,
I am Pradeep. We provide forum service to our users using discourse. We even use the same for user logins as well.
The discourse is running as a standalone EC2 instance in the backend. we have a dedicated micro service that is sitting in front of this discourse to serve our users. In short this micro service is a proxy to all the users. Recently as more and more people started using the forum, we started seeing some reliability issues where the discourse is randomly dropping calls.

I am looking to hire an expert who can resolve this issue and also who can tune the discourse settings to make it more scalable.
