Migrating an existing community to Discourse

We’ve currently got 1,500 people on our community in Mattermost. We’re planning on moving to Discourse. Does anyone have any tips on what the best way to migrate a community over to Discourse is.

Mattermost is a chat application as far as I know!
Discourse and mattermost can co-exist!
