Minor UI issue when changing category slug

I’ve been enjoying the new category settings UI, which is no longer a modal and has a full page with menu. So pleasant to use! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I noticed a small bug, however. When I change the slug of a category, then move to the category settings page, the email address suggested for email in is still the old slug. If I refresh the page, I am shown a 404 error.

I then have to navigate my way back to the category settings page to see the email address I want.

I don’t know how hard this would be to fix or if it’s worth the trouble, because the slug will not be changed often. But it would be nice to be redirected to the new category settings URL upon saving a change to the slug. Or if the category settings made use of the category ID instead of the category slug, which does not change.


Hmm, yeah that’s difficult because you’ve changed the name of the URL for the settings. We’d have to force a whole-page refresh.
