Minor visual issue when there's a vertical scrollbar in the admin sidebar

No scrollbar, no issue

Open a few sections until you have a scrollbar.
The “expand all sections” button and the filter input’s right side are slightly covered by the scrollbar, even when the scrollbar fades out when we move the cursor out

It would be nice being able to post more than 1 image per post for new accounts.
