On my Discourse instance, I manually raise trust levels for users that have associated a social media profile, and who are using a home broadband IP (i.e. not a VPN).
As an admin I can see this data on the “user admin” page.
Unfortunately moderators cannot see the list of associate accounts.
I’d like moderators to be able to see associated accounts so they can make the same trust determination that I do.
Associated account information often includes email addresses, so visibility of it is tied to the moderators view emails site setting. If you enable that, then moderators should be able to see the associated accounts row in the admin panel:
