Hi Ashley, not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for, but it is possible to add custom header links and a new topic button to the header on all pages of your Discourse site using theme components.

You may be able to create a custom theme component that would add the navigation menu to the top of all topic posts as well, but there doesn’t appear to be any existing solutions for this.
