What would you like done? Our AI bot has to be the dumbest bot on the planet. It can’t provide simple answers to simple questions. I’ve been working on this for sometime and now I am just frustrated by it. It’s been a huge disappointment for us. I need some one with experience, to provide actual answers (instead of excuses) to my prompts. Please visit my support rant here for details on how it is currently performing.. In short, it doesn’t throughly read the topics or categories, it lacks context. It’s basically just as bad as the search.
