When a category is being watched the whisper replies are not triggering the notifications. But whisper mentions and direct reply to my posts are sending notifications correctly.

Didn’t @gerhard work on this last? I remember it being tricky.
I worked on notifications for mentions in whispers. Looks like notifications for watched categories are yet another case where whispers are handled differently.
