'New Topic' button on search results page

I have a user request for a ‘New Topic’ button on the search results page. IMO it makes sense:

It already exists if there are no results, e.g.

I don’t really see the point of this button when there are search results.

It has some point if world is strongly wikimedia-stylish and users have tendency to write a topc if they can’t find something relevant. But… new topic -button is there anyway and even my opinion is weak I don’t like when elements start repeat each others.

I searched but nothing is relevant. I still need to create a new topic
