I upgrade always my Discourse Forum. But now I have Problems. New Users no longer receive activation emails, me too (answers from users). I am not IT or Forum Technical, I don t know what to do? Please simply Solutions?

Looks like you are unable to access your mail server due to a network issue, or perhaps the server being down. I’d check out Troubleshoot email on a new Discourse install and Troubleshooting Outgoing Email.

I have this message received: “There are 39 email jobs that failed. Check your app.yml and ensure that the mail server settings are correct.” Where can I find this app.yml?
If you did a standard install (you ran discourse-setup, right?), it’s at /var/discourse/containers/app.yml. Have a look at Troubleshoot email on a new Discourse install
