プラグインはインストールされているようですが、プラグインが使用する必要なテーブルを作成するためのマイグレーションを実行していないようです。

ありがとうございます。ただし、discourse-workflows は私がインストールしたものではありません。これは Discourse によって開発され、plugins/ ディレクトリにバンドルされているコアプラグイン（enable_discourse_workflows で有効化される）であり、そのため app.yml には関連する設定がありません。

テーブルには、db/migrate/20260312000000_create_workflow_tables.rb の212行目に discourse_workflows_webhooks を作成するマイグレーション行がありますが、私のデータベースでは実行されていませんでした。

主に、このスケジュール済みジョブ（PurgeExpiredWebhookTestListeners）にガードを追加する価値があるかどうかを確認するために投稿しています。これにより、テーブルが存在しない場合でも、毎回エラーになる代わりに、静かにフォールバックするようにできます。

テーブル discourse_workflows_webhooks を作成するマイグレーション（create_workflow_tables、バージョン 20260312000000、create_table はそのファイルの下部にあります）は存在します。

私のデータベースでは、このマイグレーションは schema_migrations に既に実行済みとして記録されていますが、webhooks テーブル自体は作成されていませんでした。

クリーンな db:migrate で確認しましたが、出力が一切なく、保留中のマイグレーションがないため実行されませんでした。しかし、テーブルは依然として存在しませんでした。Rails はバージョン番号をキーとしてマイグレーションを完了済みと判断し、再実行しないため、テーブルは欠けたままになります。その間、モデルとスケジュールされた purge ジョブは読み込まれ続けて実行され、同じジョブ例外が積み重なっていました。

適用した修正: マイグレーションが記録されているため、再実行はできませんでした。他の既に存在する workflow テーブルを再作成しようとして失敗するからです。

そのため、欠落していたテーブルを直接作成しました。マイグレーションと完全に一致させる（同じ列、同じ5つのインデックス、ユニークインデックスを含む）ようにしました：

その後、table_exists? は true を返し、PurgeExpiredWebhookTestListeners ジョブは次回実行時にエラーを出さなくなりました。

これは、実行後に編集された出荷済みマイグレーションに起因するものです。このテーブル用の適切なマイグレーションを追加する後のコアアップデートでは、テーブルを再作成しようとして「既に存在します」というエラーで失敗する可能性があります。

アップデート後にこれが発生した場合は、新しいマイグレーションを優先させる必要があります。つまり、手動で作成したテーブルを先にドロップするか、そのバージョンを schema_migrations に挿入してスキップさせるかです。

最新のブランチで同じジョブ例外に遭遇する人がいる場合に備えて、これを報告します。
