“No information is available in this page”. can anyone help me with why i am seeing this?

There is a “Learn why” link at the bottom of the search result. Does visiting that link give you any additional information about the problem?

it says the page is blocked by robots.txt.
The below is setings in my discourse. is this causing any issue?

Yes. You blocked indexing in robots.txt and caused this problem.
