Discovered on my own instance, and could repro on meta.
The title says it all, just search “down” on meta.
There are plenty results on Google.
I think “down” is a stop word

Ouch, that’s quite a long list and it might explain a lot of the weird situations I’ve had with search. Quite a bummer, but thanks.
