I am new in this discourse forum but i use discourse for a long time. As orginal poster i dont see solution option. anybody know why?
Are topics in that category usually solved? Maybe your topic is in a category where the solved plugin is not enabled. Then the other topics are likely also not solved.
Are you able to mark this post as solved? It should be possible in the support category.

Great, Thanks. How i know which category have solve option? Can TL3 or 4 know that?
They know it by seeing if there is an option to choose an post as solving answer. Or asking an admin how are things (as usually 
)
