I could use some help with reporting. Does anyone have a good report for showing open topics, by category? Perfect report would be:
- Category / Number topics with no response / last X days / link to topic
I know I can use advanced search to build out a search / url to pass to people as
status:noreplies
before:2020-12-31
#categoryname
But what I really need is something that will display last 30 days, with links to relevant topics. I’ll be using this to essentially triage open topics with my team of developers and product manager to go out and answer.
Any help is appreciated.
