Topics with no responses doesn't count same author response

The report of topics with no response (/admin/reports/topics_with_no_response) isn’t couting the topics that have a reply from the author of the original post as “with response”.
If a category has all topics with at least an reply, but 3 of the topics only have a reply from the op author, there would be 3 topics with no response.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I think this is working as intended. The Topics With No Response report is specifically looking for topics which haven’t picked up a reply from someone other than the OP:

So if three of those topics have only the OP talking and no one else joining in then they would be considered not to have received a response yet.
