If a user is automatically added to or removed from a group, what notification (if any) is sent?
This is the setting I mean:
Users who register with an email domain that exactly matches one in this list will be automatically added to this group:

I’ve just tested it out, and it doesn’t appear that you receive any notification. It applied to all my existing test users, as well as auto-enrolling a new one within a few seconds of signing-up and logging on. In both cases they only received the Badge notifications for the trust level boost I’d also added to the group, and not one to say they’d joined a group.
I’ve not used it before though, so I may have missed a trick.
