En iPad, el avatar a veces solo es parcialmente visible en el encabezado del tema

This issue has been around for a few weeks. I think it was introduced by the new mobile header.
I guess it might have something to do with the topic title length. When I scroll down, the avatar shifts to the right.

I just pushed a fix for this, I had to factor the padding into the width because we moved to flexbox.
