What about your forum’s other settings like size limits per file, per post?

Max image size is 9.765625 MB. I doubt it’s a file size setting since most users aren’t encountering the problem. And even if that were the issue, there should be a helpful error message rather than just timing out with no files uploaded.

The user has trust level 3. No one else has complained since I changed the number of files allowed from 5 to 12.

So is there still a problem to solve?

Sometimes all 3 or 5 photos upload. Sometimes they stall and time out like I explained above. I just tested this four times for sets of three photos. Three times it worked; one time it stalled and timed out. Even 2 photos can stall and time out

Can you replicate the problem here?
