Onebox not set up?

Hi everyone,

Whenever we post a video link in our community it does not display the video in the post as it does here.

Could someone please confirm if this is simply something we may have not turned on in our admin settings, or do we need to install a plugin?

Is it a YouTube video? If so, is your server being blocked by YouTube? (We’ve have this problem before)

Try a curl/wget on the server console to see if you can fetch the video page manually.
