Only staff appearing in the user directory

I’ve just enabled the User Directory via the site settings, to add it to our hamburger menu.

Only staff are listed in the directory at the moment (& we’ve had active users for several weeks), should I expect to see all users tomorrow after the list refreshes or …?

The user directory is populated by a scheduled job, which runs (if I recall correctly) every 24 hours. You’ll want to wait that long before we dig into this further.
