Option to add certain titles before name?

I have a fun idea for some badges, if people contribute greatly to working on my site then I want to be able to add titles directly to their name display, for example a “Professor” title that shows as such:

The normal badge name / title is “Luna Research Team” and the “Professor” is added to the start of my name as a reward as well, just for this badge.

Has anyone made anything like this? Is it possible at all?
