Is it possible to switch the notice off? I was shown the notice when going to thank someone for their answer here. I personally think we should encourage people to take time out to thank those that helped the, hence would prefer to switch it off on the forums I manage (tho understand if others want to keep it - hence hoping it is a configurable option).
