Development of a plugin that gives insights into comments, questions, and discussions that are beyond likes, similar to how its implemented on a platform called ment.io. Post, question, and comment level rating like Disagree, Partly Disagree, Neutral, Partly Agree, Agree. In addition, be able to review all of the highest scoring answers/comments and see stats like how many people participated, etc.

$1K or more - must be US based. We are actually unsure on how to price this, not sure how extensive the work would be.
