Saying whether you expect to pay $20-100, $200-500, or $500-1000 will get you a response faster. People who don’t provide a budget often don’t have reasonable expectations.
Does “ASAP” mean in 2 hours, 2 days or a weeks?
E.g., if you say that you have $1000 and you want it done in a couple hours, you can probably get it.
