Can you try to update even though Discourse says it’s up to date? There was a release last week. Your version should start with 2026.
It seems there is a problem that Discourse permanently says it’s up to date because of the new version names. Others have reported that too:

This is definitely due to the version of Discourse that the site is running. The fix I created in November is available in newer releases (v2025.11.0 and later).
It will be better to read RFC: A new versioning strategy for Discourse and share an update there if you are still unable to update Discourse to a more recent version.

Thanks for noting this! Somehow I’d missed the report in the other topic.
The problem with the version check should now be fixed. Our version-check API now returns ‘out of date’ responses for 3.6.0.beta3-latest.
(the problem is that 3.6.0.beta3 was never actually released, because we renamed it to 2025.11.0)
