Placement of the "Title is required" dialog

When trying to post a topic without a title, the placement of the error message is not optimal, to say the least:

What Browser, version, and OS were you using at the time?

I can reproduce this right now, here on Meta, using Chrome 43.0.2357.132 (Official Build) m (64-bit) running on Windows 8.1. Discourse version v1.4.0.beta4 +81 is affected for sure.

I just tried here on iPad/Safari and got the same.
